Kendra Chase is a Licensed Master Social Worker.

“The privilege of a lifetime is to become who you truly are.” – Carl Jung

This quote has long guided both Kendra's personal and professional path. Before becoming a therapist, she spent years exploring disparate creative, academic, and professional worlds—each one meaningful in its own way, but all circling a deeper desire: to understand oneself and others with more honesty, compassion, and presence.

Today, Kendra offers psychotherapy as a space where you can begin—or continue—that same journey. She believes therapy is a profound opportunity to feel truly seen and supported as you explore who you are, what you carry from the past, and what you desire to become.

Kendra’s approach is interactive, integrative, and collaborative. She draws from attachment theory, systems theory, psychodynamic principles, cognitive behavioral therapy, and mindfulness-based practices. Her style is warm, intuitive, and grounded in deep respect for individual processes.

Kendra completed her Master’s Degree in Clinical Social Work (MSW) at The Ohio State University. Kendra also holds a Master's Degree in Media and Communications from The London School of Economics and Political Science. She has completed a Postgraduate Certificate in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy from the University of Oxford. These academic foundations inform her work—but it’s her lived experience that has most deeply shaped the way she sits with others: with presence, curiosity, and care.
